Tatiana Wolska, Habitat Potentiel pour une Artiste Solo show Galerie de la Marine, Nice 24 February – 10 June 2018

Using a variety of scrap materials, Wolska has constructed an architectural installation, at once living, organic and rational, that functions as a “potential habitat for an artist.” Wolska’s approach to architecture is both experimental and subversive — the work’s process of construction is inscribed in its form and function.

“For three weeks, this structure, made of scrapes of materials, fulfils its essential function as a habitat — an extension of the private sphere of the artist, their place of life and work.” — art critic, Marianne Derrien.
