Jan Eric Visser, Plastikos, VierVaart, Groede (NL), 6 June – 9 October 2021
l’étrangere is delighted to announce the new exhibition by Jan Eric Visser at VierVaart in Groede. The exhibition officially opened on 6 June 2021 and was introduced by Catrien Schreuder, Head of Exhibitions and Collection of the Stedelijk Museum Schiedam.
The show, which follows the artist’s 3 months residence, questions the feasibility of our food production. By using silage film collected from neighbouring farmers to create his sculptures, Jan Eric Visser reflects on the plastic waste induced.
