Anita Witek solo exhibition at Kunsthalle Graz

We are delighted to announce a solo exhibition of new works by Anita Witek at Kunsthalle Graz, which runs from 27 September – 18 October.

 

Es ist so, wie es scheint [It is as it seems] is the title of a walk-in collage in space, developed for the eponymous exhibition. The collage is made up of multiple temporalities and life realities, specifically from the international print media, DDR, USA, England etc. The denoted messages were removed from these items of print in order to create free spaces for visitors, who are permitted to wander through both mentally and physically.
